The property

The property is nestled just outside the small, quiet village of Cause de Clérans in a peaceful countryside: a peaceful and charming  environment, faraway neighbourhood.

Our domain is an old traditional Perigordian farm. The three stone built houses are settled around a south facing flowered courtyard: the barn, now a luxury gite, the owner lodging, and the sheep folder.

The houses have been restored using traditional methods and materials to keep their charm and character: local yellow stones, typical roof, wooden shutters …
The courtyard is decorated with typical local flowers as arum, iris and canna.

From the terrace, you can observe the village's old 12th century church and the beautiful panorama  over the surrounding countryside. Every evening, the sunset on the church and the village is quite enjoyable.

You can walk around the 18 acres land through pathways to reach the pond and observe animals tracks. The pond is a home for ducks and a water point for bucks and boars.

Around the houses, flowerbeds, shrubs and mature trees have been planted.

The large 15 yards pool is salted and protected by 2 alarms. The flowery terrace with palm trees is surrounding the pool, ideal for sunbathing, dining al fresco or watching the sunset with an evening aperitif.

Your accommodation is a separate house. On the one side you have an access to the children's playground and on the other side a, you have a direct access to the swimming pool.

The children are playing overwatched by their parents!

The large shady parking place is available at the back of the courtyard, a major point during a sunny and hot summer.
